Interesting, though. My kids lost Thursday as a day off (snow make-up). I heard other schools lost Friday as well (same reason). Guess nobody is getting out the same day this year.

And huh. Our district has six snow days built into the calendar and lengthened school days so the number of hours of instruction actually give them even more of a buffer. I think they have to miss like two weeks before they give up days off.
