Slippage

Finished up the laundry. Wrote a little. Helped friends move. Craziest part was being in a house alone with eight kids of varying ages while others went to get more furniture — hide and seek, doors locked that shouldn’t have been, yelling, crying, sullenness … but no bloodshed, so it’s all good.

  1. I love your comment, there was no bloodshed. Reminds me of my mom on a weekend when she was house cleaning. Everybody had to get out unless they were bleeding. My brother one day stood on the porch at the front door, hand dripping with blood. He wouldn’t go in because she’d just mopped the floor.
